The Royal Oak, Over Stratton, South PethertonOriginally built in the 1600's as a farm house, The Royal Oak was later converted to farm workers cottages. Around the 1850's it received its licence to become a beer house.
Nearly 160 years later, this attractive thatched pub with its ham stone walls and flag floors serves more than beer. A wide range of ale and wines compliments an extensive home cooked menu.
