The Shop - New Shop Extension Opening Soon!
The Trading Post is an organic Food Shop with five acres of land used for growing fresh vegetables and a delicious variety of salad leaves which are certified with the Soil Association. The shop has been described by many customers as an 'Aladdin's Cave' where you can find a wide range of goods with a strong emphasis on supporting local producers, hence reducing food miles.

Some of the products we stock include:

• Organic fruit and vegetables.
• Local apples in season.
• Organic and local meat, dairy, preserves, bakery and general 'grocery' food items.
• Cut flowers and pot plants.
• Draught beers, ciders and juices.
• Organic wines, beers and spirits.
• Fair trade/ Ecover refills, allergy foods.
• Box scheme delivery service.

Shop Opening times:
Mon-Sat 8.30am-6.00pm, Sun 9.00am-1.00pm
Bank holidays Closed with the exception of Good Friday open 9 am - 5 pm

Railway Carriage Cafe
We have a cafe in a restored 1870's railway carriage where we serve organic tea/coffee and home made cakes and lunches, incorporating our home grown organic vegetables and salad leaves. Also we now do Breakfasts from 9.00 - 11.00am, we use our own organic pork sausages and eggs. We offer Roasts on Sundays for which booking is essential. We have built our own Pizza Oven in the garden.
